What to Bring
To make your first visit as seamless as possible, please bring the following:
- A valid photo ID for the parent or guardian.
- Your child’s insurance card (if applicable).
- A list of any medications your child is currently taking.
- Previous dental records (if available).
If you’re using Denti-Cal or other insurance, our team will verify your coverage and walk you through the benefits.
